SELF-CARE SUITE
2024
This project will feature a new and innovative collaboration between TBH and Velindre NHS Trust to apply movement-based support services to palliative care staff and allied health professionals.
The collaboration will offer an opportunity for employees to learn movement-based strategies to enhance nonverbal communication with their clients. They will also apply these techniques for their own self-care and strengthen relationships with their fellow staff members. These workshops will be offered as continuing professional development, with additional offerings for staff to deepen their own self-care practice through the arts.
