Vicki Sutton
Project Manager, Creative Cardiff
As Project Manager for Creative Cardiff, Vicki's role is to nurture and grow the network by curating a series of events and initiatives for the creative economy community in the city and beyond. Vicki has a focus on strategic planning, business development and membership analysis to deliver the project’s long-term vision to make Cardiff the most creative place it can be.
Vicki has a wealth of experience working in the events and entertainment industry.

Other previous roles include working overseas hosting events and managing performers. Head of Casting for Mad Dog Casting in Wales and the South West, where she supplied supporting artists to major productions including Wolf Hall, Sherlock, and Pride.

Dr Tracy Breathnach Evans
Artist, Researcher, Arts Manager
Performance artist, researcher, educator and arts manager who is deeply committed to working with/in communities. Originally from Ireland, now based in South Wales, she has worked in a variety of community, educational and arts settings for 20 years. Previous roles include drama teacher and lecturer, project/programming manager and arts consultant.
She was the manager of Inside Out Cymru, an arts and mental health charity in Gwent from 2017-2019. Alongside her industry experience, Tracy holds a practice as research PhD in performance studies at Aberystwyth University. She currently works as a Research Officer in the Heritage team at Swansea University as well as continuing her independent performance practice.

Richie Turner
Startup Stiwdio Manager, Lecturer Consultant & Arts Manager
Worked in a variety of roles in the arts, higher education and the public sector specialising in innovation, entrepreneurship and diversity. He currently manages the Startup Stiwdio at USW and is a lecturer on the MA Arts Management at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. His recent consultancy work has seen him work for all 4 of UK’s Arts Councils spearheading the establishment of a UK wide arts access card scheme for all disabled people. He a board member of Creative Cardiff and Gentle Radical and recently left his role as Chair of Equalities for the Arts Council of Wales after 9 years.

His previous roles have included: Projects Director for Artis Community; Innovation Associate for Monmouthshire County Council; Deputy Director of the Global Innovation Academy at the University of Wales; the first Wales Director for Nesta and various senior roles at the Arts Council of Wales. He was also Director of Cardiff and District Multicultural Arts (CADMAD) and co-founded the award winning Nofit State Circus.

Dr Thania Acarón
Artist, Researcher, Lecturer & Dance Movement Therapist
Dance movement therapist, researcher, lecturer and performer from Puerto Rico, currently based in Wales. She obtained her PhD on the role of dance in violence prevention at the University of Aberdeen and holds an MA in Dance Education from New York University. She is certified as a clinical supervisor and dance movement psychotherapist in the UK and US and has worked in this field for over 15 years. She has choreographed and performed with companies and independent dance artists in New York, California, Argentina, Madrid and the UK and co-directs Orphaned Limbs Collective and Fflamingo.
Thania currently works as a lecturer at the University of South Wales in the Faculty of Creative Industries. She offers international workshops on movement for wellbeing, therapeutic work with the LGBT+ community, embodied decision-making, physical theatre, contemporary dance, interdisciplinary therapeutic arts and violence prevention
